Subscription and Billing

Streakly operates on a subscription basis:

• Monthly subscription is $4.99 per month
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your password secure
• Not share your account with others
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

Service Availability

We strive to keep Streakly available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Streakly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
